All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or US federal holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, shipments may be delayed by a few additional business days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Services
We ship all orders within the United States using USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping methods and estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the USPS service selected at checkout. Typically: Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak seasons.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Aerzy is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order indicates delivery but you have not received it, please contact USPS directly using your tracking number. You may also reach out to our support team for assistance.
