1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused
The product must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Returns requested after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened car air fresheners are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
